Brand new concept in layering for the sweater season:  wear the ruffle under your favorite sweaters, you get to pop the ruffle collar without having to fuss with the bulk of sleeves.  The collar is made of our signature Stretch Polished Cotton for their crispness, while the bodice is made of our new favorite "T" jersey knit for that slimming effect.
